Shipping Policy

At Superbulk, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience for your bulk hydrolyzed collagen orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our procedures and guidelines.

Free Shipping for all orders

- We offer free shipping for all orders throughout the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland. 

- The shipping costs will automatically deducted during the checkout process.

Shipping Timeframes

For orders submitted before 11:00 am Swedish time (GMT+01.00), we typically ensure same day shipping. Order placed after this time will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after we receive payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping times are estimated at 2-5 working days from the dispatch date.

Cancellation and change of order

You can change or cancel your order free of charge until the packing of your order has begun.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Regions

Our shipping services are available within European Unions, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. We currently do not offer our services beyond these regions. 

Unreleased package, not collected package

For consignments that have not been redeemed but have been returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for costs relating to shipping, return shipping, handling fees and packaging. 

Currently, this cost corresponds to €50, or the equivalent in another currency with an error margin of 20% depending on today's exchange rate. The fee is deducted from the refund.

Complaint

We guarantee that every shipment is examined before it is delivered to you as a customer. 

Should the product, despite this, still be broken or incorrect when it arrives, you as a consumer have the right to report a fault to us regardless of whether it is hidden or visible. 

Errors in the package, incorrect delivery or transport damage, the package must be reported to our customer service within a reasonable time from the time the error was discovered.

Return Policy for Non-business Order

European Union 14 day right of withdrawal

if the merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or damaged in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The goods must be returned in original packaging and be well packed in outer packaging approved by the post office (for example, corrugated cardboard). 

Any transport damage due to defective packaging in the return will be charged to you as a customer. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We check submitted goods according to your error description, therefore it is important that the error description is as detailed as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that while we offer free shipping for orders over €500, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide free return shipping for any products.

Refunds

Reimbursement takes place within 30 days of receiving notification of the desired return or complaint. However, the consumer may have to wait until the goods have been returned to us. 

Refunds are made in the same way as the original payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed.


If more than 30 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@superbulk.com.

Should the goods after inspection prove to be faultless, you as a customer will be charged the shipping cost. 


Miscellaneous

Usual credit checks are carried out and we reserve the right to refuse orders. 

All forms of attempted fraud are reported to the police.
