What is the difference between Classic and Premium?

Premium has tighter controls, tighter parameters regarding taste. Both are high quality hydrolyzed collagen. Besides this, premium bovine collagen is sourced from grass fed and pasture raised cattle.

What is the delivery time?

We usually ship within 24 hours. The delivery time is 1-5 working days.

Are all orders fast, free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders!

Do you accept returns?

Yes, of course. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return for a full refund minus return transport costs as long as the product is unopened in original condition. Any complaint due to damaged arrival, wrong product or unsatisfactory product must be in writing (email) to us within 48 hours of receiving shipment. Any complaint made after 48 hours will be taken on a case by case basis.

Our hydrolyzed collagen is sourced worldwide from only the most qualified, GMP certified manufacturers.

Is your collagen halal and kosher certified?

Yes our collagen is halal and kosher certified.

How can we get our price with VAT deducted?

All displayed prices are VAT included. If you're eligible for EU VAT exemption, kindly input your VAT ID in the shopping cart and you will not be charged VAT at payment.
